CD45RO / APC / REAL377
Product Details
Description | Clone REAL377 is an antibody fragment derived from the full CD45RO antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL377 recognizes the human CD45RO antigen, a 180 kDa single-chain membrane glycoprotein, which is an isoform of CD45. CD45RO is expressed by most thymocytes, activated and memory T cells, granulocytes, B cell subsets, and monocytes. CD45RO binds to galectin-1 and CD22. CD45RO antibodies are commonly used in combination with antibodies against CD45RA to discriminate memory T cells from naive T cells. | The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes. | |

About APC
Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
