TCR V beta 13.1 / APC / REA560
Product Details
Description | Clone REA560 recognizes the human Vbeta13.1 T cell receptor (TCR Vbeta13.1). The TCR is responsible for recognizing antigens bound to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. It is a disulfide-linked membrane-anchored heterodimeric glycoprotein normally consisting of the highly variable alpha and beta chains. TCR Vbeta13.1 is expressed on a subset of alpha/beta T cells. | Additional information: Clone REA560 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | |

About APC
Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
