MHC I (H-2Kd/H-2Dd) / APC / REAL411
Product Details
Description | Clone REAL411 is an antibody fragment derived from the full H-2Kd/H-2Dd antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL411 recognizes the mouse H-2Kd and H-2Dd MHC class I alloantigens expressed on mouse MHC class I–positive cells of the H-2Kd/H-2Dd haplotype. It also cross-reacts with the H-2Kb, s, r, q, or p haplotypes. | The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes. | |

About APC
Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
