CD41/CD61 / APC-Vio770 / REA607

Product Details
Description Clone REA607 recognizes the CD41/CD61 complex, also known as gpIIb/IIIa complex or integrin alphaIIbbeta3. This cell adhesion molecule is a alpha/beta transmembrane heterodimer of the ubiquitous integrin superfamily which is expressed by megakaryocytes and platelets. The CD41/CD61 complex plays an significant role in hemostasis and is also involved in fibrinogen binding and platelet aggregation. | Additional information: Clone REA607 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
