VGLL3 / Unconjugated /

Product Details
Description Rabbit polyclonal antibody to VGLL3 and is also known as transcription factor-like protein 3 and VGL3 whose expression can be detected in the umbilical cord. It is found in the nucleus. VGLL3 is involved in tumor suppressor pathways, a feature that is characterized by the absence of VGLL3 expression in high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma samples. This protein acts as a specific coactivator for the mammalian TEFs. It also helps in the regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter transcription template DNA.
