SALL2 / Unconjugated /

Product Details
Description Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SALL2 and it belongs to sall family and is expressed in the retina and lens vesicle as well as the periocular mesenchyme but is highly expressed in adult brains. It is found in the nucleus. This protein is a probable transcription factor that plays a role in eye development before, during, and after optic fissure closure. The encoded protein functions in optical fissure closure during development of the eye in the embryo. It plays a very important role in sequence-specific DNA binding and metal ion binding.
