Description Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PMFBP1, which is also known as polyamine modulated factor 1 binding protein. PMFBP1 is frequently found in the nucleus and is expressed in the testis and metencephalic basal plate of the neural tube. It is overexpressed in the serum and urine. This protein plays an extensive role in sperm morphology especially in the sperm tail and consequently affects fertility. It may also be involved in the general organization of cellular cytoskeleton.
