DNER / Unconjugated /

Product Details
Description Rabbit polyclonal antibody to DNER, which is also known as UNQ26 and BET. DNER is a protein frequently found in the plasma membrane and is present on the membrane of dendrites and cell bodies but excluded from axonal membrane. It is expressed in Oligodendrocyte progenitor cells of brain and is overexpressed in cerebrospinal fluid. It could play an extensive role as an activator of the NOTCH1 pathway and may mediate neuron-glia interaction during astrocytogenesis.
