SLC5A4 / Unconjugated /

Product Details
Description Rabbit polyclonal to SGLT2 i.e. sodium cotransporter 2; is a low-affinity and high capacity glucose transporter. SLC5A2 is a gene that codes for this particular protein SGLT2. These cotransporters are located at the intramucosal of enterocytes present in small intestine. Specifically, SGLT2 is found in the proximal tubule of the nephron(PCT). It is responsible for 90% of glucose reabsorption.
