About LipidSpot 610


Biotium's LipidSpot dyes are used to fluorescently label intracellular lipid droplets in live or fixed cells with no wash step. These dyes remain stable after cells stained with LipidSpot dyes are fixed or permeabilized. LipidSpot 610 has an excitaiton max at 610 nm and an emission peak at 663 nm.
