RedDot 1 is a cell-permeant, fluorogenic nucleic acid stain similar to DRAQ5. It has an excitation peak at 662 nm and an emission peak at 694 nm. It can be used with the following analysis platforms: Flow Cytometry and Fluorescence Microscopy.
