MagDot 580 is a nanoparticle optimally excited at 350 nm with an emission peak at 580 nm. This dye is part of Core Quantum Technologies' MagDot product line. Each MagDot consists of both quantum dots and magnetic iron oxides in the same particle. This allows for magnetic separation/ enrichment of targeted cells for downstream flow cytometric analysis or an application using electron microscopy.
