PIM-2

Aliases:
Other: serine/threonine-protein kinase pim-2|pim-2 oncogene|pim-2h|proto-oncogene Pim-2 (serine threonine kinase)

This gene encodes a protooncogene that acts as a serine/threonine protein kinase. Studies determined the encoded protein functions to prevent apoptosis and to promote cell survival.[provided by RefSeq, Nov 2009]

PE-Cy5.5

Common Laser: 488-561
Common Filter: 695/40
Excitation Peak: 565
Emission Peak: 695

PE-Cyanine®5.5 (PE-Cy5.5) is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines phycoerythrin (PE) and Cy5.5. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Cy5.5. PE-Cy5.5 has an excitation peak at 496 nm and an emission peak at 695 nm.
