pHrodo Red from Thermo Fisher Scientific is a fluorogenic, cell-permeant pH indicator that is non-fluorescent at a neutral pH and increases in intensity with an increase in acidity involved in endocytosis and phagocytosis. PHrodo is often used to label proteins or biomolecules to track this process.
