Phosphoserine phosphatase

Aliases: PSP, PSPHD
Other: phosphoserine phosphatase|L-3-phosphoserine phosphatase|O-phosphoserine phosphohydrolase|PSPase

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to a subfamily of the phosphotransferases. This encoded enzyme is responsible for the third and last step in L-serine formation. It catalyzes magnesium-dependent hydrolysis of L-phosphoserine and is also involved in an exchange reaction between L-serine and L-phosphoserine. Deficiency of this protein is thought to be linked to Williams syndrome. [provide... see more

PerCP

Common Laser: 488
Common Filter: 670/30
Excitation Peak: 482
Emission Peak: 675

Peridinin-Chlorophyll-Protein (PerCP) is a red-emitting fluorescent protein isolated from algae that can be excited by the 488 nm blue laser and captured with a 670/30 nm bandpass filter. PerCP exhibits a large Stokes' Shift, with an excitation peak at 482 nm and an emission peak at 675 nm. PerCP is was historically used in flow cytometry, however it is highly susceptible to photobleaching and... see more
