PASD1

Aliases: CT63, CT64, OXTES1
Other: circadian clock protein PASD1|PAS domain containing 1|cancer/testis antigen 63

This gene encodes a protein that is thought to function as a transcription factor. The protein is a cancer-associated antigen that can stimulate autologous T-cell responses, and it is therefore considered to be a potential immunotherapeutic target for the treatment of various hematopoietic malignancies, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. DyLight 650

Common Laser: 628-640
Common Filter: 695/40
Excitation Peak: 652
Emission Peak: 672

DyLight™ 650 is a red-emitting fluorophore that excited by the 640 nm laser and collected using a 670/30 nm bandpass filter. DyLight™ 650 has an excitation peak at 652 nm and an emission peak at 672 nm, and is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 647 and Cy5. DyLight™ 650 is most commonly used in flow cytometery and fluorescence microscopy applications.
