MAPK12

Aliases: ERK-6, ERK3, ERK6, MAPK 12, P38GAMMA, PRKM12, SAPK-3, SAPK3
Other: mitogen-activated protein kinase 12|MAP kinase 12|MAP kinase p38 gamma|extracellular signal-regulated kinase 6|mitogen-activated protein kinase 3|mitogen-activated protein kinase p38 gamma|stress-activated protein kinase 3

Activation of members of the mitogen-activated protein kinase family is a major mechanism for transduction of extracellular signals. Stress-activated protein kinases are one subclass of MAP kinases. The protein encoded by this gene functions as a signal transducer during differentiation of myoblasts to myotubes. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

PE-Cy5.5

Common Laser: 488-561
Common Filter: 695/40
Excitation Peak: 565
Emission Peak: 695

PE-Cyanine®5.5 (PE-Cy5.5) is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines phycoerythrin (PE) and Cy5.5. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Cy5.5. PE-Cy5.5 has an excitation peak at 496 nm and an emission peak at 695 nm.
