MAD2B

Aliases: FANCV, MAD2B, POLZ2, REV7
Other: mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint protein MAD2B|MAD2 (mitotic arrest deficient, yeast, homolog)-like 2|MAD2 mitotic arrest deficient-like 2|MAD2-like protein 2|REV7 homolog|hREV7|mitotic arrest deficient 2-like protein 2|mitotic arrest deficient homolog-like 2|polymerase (DNA-directed), zeta 2, accessory subunit

The protein encoded by this gene is a component of the mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint that prevents the onset of anaphase until all chromosomes are properly aligned at the metaphase plate. The encoded protein, which is similar to MAD2L1, is capable of interacting with ADAM9, ADAM15, REV1, and REV3 proteins. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Common Filter: 660/20
Excitation Peak: 651
Emission Peak: 660

Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
