Lymphotoxin beta Receptor

Aliases: D12S370, LT-BETA-R, TNF-R-III, TNFCR, TNFR-RP, TNFR2-RP, TNFR3, TNFRSF3
Other: tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 3|lymphotoxin B receptor|lymphotoxin beta receptor (TNFR superfamily, member 3)|tumor necrosis factor C receptor|tumor necrosis factor receptor 2-related protein|tumor necrosis factor receptor type III

This gene encodes a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. The major ligands of this receptor include lymphotoxin alpha/beta and tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 14. The encoded protein plays a role in signalling during the development of lymphoid and other organs, lipid metabolism, immune response, and programmed cell death. Activity of this receptor has also ... see more

PE-Cy5.5

Common Laser: 488-561
Common Filter: 695/40
Excitation Peak: 565
Emission Peak: 695

PE-Cyanine®5.5 (PE-Cy5.5) is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines phycoerythrin (PE) and Cy5.5. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Cy5.5. PE-Cy5.5 has an excitation peak at 496 nm and an emission peak at 695 nm.
