CoraLite Plus 488

CoraLite Plus 488 from Proteintech has an excitation peak at 488 nm and an emission peak at 515 nm. It is spectrally similar to CF®488A and Alexa Fluor™ 488 and can be useful in fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. CoraLite® Plus dyes are chemically engineered with SuperHydrophilic dPEG® groups for greater biocompatibility, high water solubility, enhanced brightness and photostability.
