The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the IRF (interferon regulatory factor) family of transcription factors, characterized by an unique tryptophan pentad repeat DNA-binding domain. DyLight™ 650 is most commonly used in flow cytometery and fluorescence microscopy applications.
