Granzyme B

Aliases: C11, CCPI, CGL-1, CGL1, CSP-B, CSPB, CTLA1, CTSGL1, HLP, SECT
Other: granzyme B|T-cell serine protease 1-3E|cathepsin G-like 1|cytotoxic T-lymphocyte proteinase 2|cytotoxic serine protease B|fragmentin 2|granzyme B (granzyme 2, cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated serine esterase 1)|human lymphocyte protein

This gene encodes a member of the granzyme subfamily of proteins, part of the peptidase S1 family of serine proteases. The encoded preproprotein is secreted by natural killer (NK) cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and proteolytically processed to generate the active protease, which induces target cell apoptosis. This protein also processes cytokines and degrades extracellular matrix prot... see more

PE-Texas Red

Common Laser: 488-561
Common Filter: 630/69
Excitation Peak: 565
Emission Peak: 615

PE-Texas Red is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines pycoerythrin (PE) and Texas Ted. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Texas Red. PE-Texas Ted has an excitation peak at 565 nm and an emission peak at 615 nm. It is spectrally comparable to PE-eFluor™ 610, PE-Dazzle 59... see more
