Fura Red AM (Ca2+free)

Fura Red, AM is an intracellular calcium indicator. When Fura Red is hydrolyzed intracellularly and binds cytoplasmic Ca2+, the excitation efficiency of the probe at 405 and 488nm decreases which diminishes the emission of the probe at ~660nm.
