FCRL2

Aliases: CD307b, FCRH2, IFGP4, IRTA4, SPAP1, SPAP1A, SPAP1B, SPAP1C
Other: Fc receptor-like protein 2|IFGP family protein 4|SH2 domain containing phosphatase anchor protein 1|fc receptor homolog 2|immune receptor translocation-associated protein 4|immunoglobulin receptor translocation-associated protein 4|immunoglobulin superfamily Fc receptor, gp42

This gene encodes a member of the immunoglobulin receptor superfamily and is one of several Fc receptor-like glycoproteins clustered on the long arm of chromosome 1. The encoded protein has four extracellular C2-type immunoglobulin domains, a transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic domain that contains one immunoreceptor-tyrosine activation motif and two immunoreceptor-tyrosine inhibitory motifs... see more

FITC

Common Laser: 488
Common Filter: 530/43
Excitation Peak: 490
Emission Peak: 525

Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) has an excitation peak at 495 nm and an emission peak at 519 nm. The name FITC is a misnomer in that the isothiocyanate is a reactive form of this dye. Once FITC is conjugated to an antibody, it is simply Fluorescein conjugated. FITC is one of the most widely used dyes for fluorescent applications, therefore most instruments come standard with a 488 nm laser a... see more
