ENTPD5

Aliases: CD39L4, NTPDase-5, PCPH
Other: ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 5|CD39 antigen-like 4|CD39-like 4|ER-UDPase|GDPase ENTPD5|NTPDase 5|Pcph proto-oncogene protein|UDPase ENTPD5|guanosine-diphosphatase ENTPD5|nucleoside diphosphatase|proto-oncogene CPH|uridine-diphosphatase ENTPD5

The protein encoded by this gene is similar to E-type nucleotidases (NTPases)/ecto-ATPase/apyrases. NTPases, such as CD39, mediate catabolism of extracellular nucleotides. ENTPD5 contains 4 apyrase-conserved regions which is characteristic of NTPases. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2009]

APC

Common Laser: 628-640
Common Filter: 660/20
Excitation Peak: 651
Emission Peak: 660

Allophycocyanin (APC) is a fluorescent protein derived from cyanobacteria and red algae and a potent donor fluorophore to create tandem dyes that can be excited off the 633-640 nm laser. APC has an excitation peak at 650 nm and a emission peak at 660 nm.
