Aliases: AIM, BL-AC/P26, CLEC2C, EA1, GP32/28, MLR-3
Other: early activation antigen CD69|C-type lectin domain family 2, member C|CD69 antigen (p60, early T-cell activation antigen)|activation inducer molecule (AIM/CD69)|early T-cell activation antigen p60|early lymphocyte activation antigen|leukocyte surface antigen Leu-23

This gene encodes a member of the calcium dependent lectin superfamily of type II transmembrane receptors. Expression of the encoded protein is induced upon activation of T lymphocytes, and may play a role in proliferation. Furthermore, the protein may act to transmit signals in natural killer cells and platelets. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2011]

PE-Texas Red

Common Laser: 488-561
Common Filter: 630/69
Excitation Peak: 565
Emission Peak: 615

PE-Texas Red is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines pycoerythrin (PE) and Texas Ted. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Texas Red. PE-Texas Ted has an excitation peak at 565 nm and an emission peak at 615 nm. It is spectrally comparable to PE-eFluor™ 610, PE-Dazzle 59... see more
