CD69

Aliases: AIM, BL-AC/P26, CLEC2C, EA1, GP32/28, MLR-3
Other: early activation antigen CD69|C-type lectin domain family 2, member C|CD69 antigen (p60, early T-cell activation antigen)|activation inducer molecule (AIM/CD69)|early T-cell activation antigen p60|early lymphocyte activation antigen|leukocyte surface antigen Leu-23

This gene encodes a member of the calcium dependent lectin superfamily of type II transmembrane receptors. Expression of the encoded protein is induced upon activation of T lymphocytes, and may play a role in proliferation. Furthermore, the protein may act to transmit signals in natural killer cells and platelets. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2011]

Brilliant Ultraviolet 805

Common Laser: 355
Common Filter: 780/60
Excitation Peak: 348
Emission Peak: 805

Brilliant™ UltraViolet 805 (BUV805) is a infrared-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines BD Horizon® BUV395 and an acceptor dye. It can be excited by the 355 nm ultraViolet laser and collected using a 820/60 bandpass filter. BUV805 has an excitation peak at 498 nm and an emission peak at 797 nm BUV805 has a low relative brightness, and is most commonly used for multicolor flow cytometry. ... see more
