RealYellow 703 (RY703) is a spectrally novel fluorophore from BD Biosciences. The closest spectral equivalent is PE-Cy5.5 and PE-Fire 700 (BioLegend) but is far superior in its discrete excitation off the 561nm laser and limited cross-beam excitation by the 488nm laser.
