RealBlue 613

RealBlue™ 613 (RB613) from BD Biosciences is a very bright alternative to PE-CF®594 and PE-Dazzle® 594 tandem fluorophores and has the advantage of discrete excitation off of the 488nm laser without much cross-beam excitation by the 532 or 561nm lasers. This limited cross-beam excitation will translate to lower complexity index scores and lower spillover spreading error in high parameter spectral flow cytometry applications.
