Other: integrin alpha-2|CD49 antigen-like family member B|alpha 2 subunit of VLA-2 receptor|collagen receptor|human platelet alloantigen system 5|integrin, alpha 2 (CD49B, alpha 2 subunit of VLA-2 receptor)|platelet antigen Br|platelet glycoprotein GPIa|platelet membrane glycoprotein Ia|very late activation protein 2 receptor, alpha-2 subunit

This gene encodes the alpha subunit of a transmembrane receptor for collagens and related proteins. The encoded protein forms a heterodimer with a beta subunit and mediates the adhesion of platelets and other cell types to the extracellular matrix. Loss of the encoded protein is associated with bleeding disorder platelet-type 9. Antibodies against this protein are found in several immune disord... see more

Brilliant Ultraviolet 395

Common Laser: 355
Common Filter: 379/28
Excitation Peak: 348
Emission Peak: 395

Brilliant™ UltraViolet 395 (BUV395) is a UV-emitting base polymer dye that can be excited by the 355 nm ultraViolet laser and collected using a 379/28 bandpass filter. BUV395 has an excitation peak at 348 nm and an emission peak at 395. BUV395's fairly unique excitation and emission spectrum causes relatively little spillover into other common detectors and conflicts with very few other commonl... see more
