CD3 delta

Aliases: CD3-DELTA, IMD19, T3D
Other: T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 delta chain|CD3 antigen, delta subunit|CD3 delta|CD3d antigen, delta polypeptide (TiT3 complex)|CD3d molecule, delta (CD3-TCR complex)|OKT3, delta chain|T-cell receptor T3 delta chain

The protein encoded by this gene is part of the T-cell receptor/CD3 complex (TCR/CD3 complex) and is involved in T-cell development and signal transduction. The encoded membrane protein represents the delta subunit of the CD3 complex, and along with four other CD3 subunits, binds either TCR alpha/beta or TCR gamma/delta to form the TCR/CD3 complex on the surface of T-cells. PE-Texas Red

Common Laser: 488-561
Common Filter: 630/69
Excitation Peak: 565
Emission Peak: 615

PE-Texas Red is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines pycoerythrin (PE) and Texas Ted. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Texas Red. PE-Texas Ted has an excitation peak at 565 nm and an emission peak at 615 nm. It is spectrally comparable to PE-eFluor™ 610, PE-Dazzle 59... see more
