CD272 (BTLA)

Aliases: BTLA1, CD272
Other: B- and T-lymphocyte attenuator|B- and T-lymphocyte-associated protein

This gene encodes a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. The encoded protein contains a single immunoglobulin (Ig) domain and is a receptor that relays inhibitory signals to suppress the immune response. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Polymorphisms in this gene have been associated with an increased risk of rheumatoid arthritis. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2011]

RealBlue 613

Common Laser: 488
Common Filter:
Excitation Peak: 492
Emission Peak: 613

RealBlue™ 613 (RB613) from BD Biosciences is a very bright alternative to PE-CF®594 and PE-Dazzle® 594 tandem fluorophores and has the advantage of discrete excitation off of the 488nm laser without much cross-beam excitation by the 532 or 561nm lasers. This limited cross-beam excitation will translate to lower complexity index scores and lower spillover spreading error in high parameter spectr... see more
