CD26

Aliases: ADABP, ADCP2, CD26, DPPIV, TP103
Other: dipeptidyl peptidase 4|ADCP-2|DPP IV|Gly-Pro naphthylamidase|Post-proline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase IV|T-cell activation antigen CD26|Xaa-Pro-dipeptidylaminopeptidase|adenosine deaminase complexing protein 2|dipeptidyl peptidase IV|dipeptidylpeptidase 4|dipeptidylpeptidase IV (CD26, adenosine deaminase complexing protein 2)

The DPP4 gene encodes dipeptidyl peptidase 4, which is identical to adenosine deaminase complexing protein-2, and to the T-cell activation antigen CD26. It is an intrinsic type II transmembrane glycoprotein and a serine exopeptidase that cleaves X-proline dipeptides from the N-terminus of polypeptides. Dipeptidyl peptidase 4 is highly involved in glucose and insulin metabolism, as well as in im... see more

PE-Cy5

Common Laser: 488-561
Common Filter: 670/30
Excitation Peak: 496
Emission Peak: 667

PE-Cyanine®5 (PE-Cy5) is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines phycoerythrin (PE) and Cy5. The donor molecule, PE can be excited by the 488-nm blue, 532-nm green, or 561-nm yellow-green laser and and transfers energy to the acceptor molecule, Cy5. PE-Cy5 has an excitation peak at 496 nm and an emission peak at 667 nm.
