CD180

Aliases: LY64, Ly78, RP105
Other: CD180 antigen|lymphocyte antigen 64|lymphocyte antigen-64, radioprotective, 105kDa|radioprotective 105 kDa protein

CD180 is a cell surface molecule consisting of extracellular leucine-rich repeats (LRR) and a short cytoplasmic tail. The extracellular LRR is associated with a molecule called MD-1 and form the cell surface receptor complex, RP105/MD-1. It belongs to the family of pathogen receptors, Toll-like receptors (TLR). RP105/MD1, by working in concert with TLR4, controls B cell recognition and signalin... see more

CF488A

Common Laser: 488
Common Filter: 515/30
Excitation Peak: 490
Emission Peak: 515

CF®488A from Biotium is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 490 nm and an emission peak at 515 nm. It is spectrally similar to Fluorescein, Alexa Fluor™ 488 and DyLight™ 488. It can be use in fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. In microscopy, CF®488A has been specifically validated for STORM, STED, Structured Illumination (SIM), 2-Photon microscopy and TIRF.
