RealBlue 744

RealBlue™ 744 from BD Biosciences is a novel multimer fluorophore for use in spectral flow cytometry applications with an optimal excitation peak at 488nm and an emission peak at 744nm. The emission peak fits neatly between the PerCP-Cy5.5/ StarBright Blue 700/ RealBlue™ 705 and the RealBlue™ 780 emission peaks which means it does not fall into a standard filter set on conventional, non-spectral flow cytometers.
