This gene encodes a receptor for the Fc portion of immunoglobulin G, and it is involved in the removal of antigen-antibody complexes from the circulation, as well as other responses, including antibody dependent cellular mediated cytotoxicity and antibody dependent enhancement of virus infections. This gene (FCGR3A) is highly similar to another nearby gene (FCGR3B) located on chromosome 1. The ... see more

Amethyst Orange

Common Laser: 405
Common Filter: 525/50
Excitation Peak: 390
Emission Peak: 535

Amethyst Orange from Bio-Rad has an excitation peak at 390 nm and an emission peak at 535 nm. It can be excited by the 405 nm laser on a flow cytometer and is spectrally most similar to Pacific Orange. However, StarBright Violet 515 and StarBright Violet 570 both offer brighter alternatives for that emission range in flow cytometry.
