Aliases: AHUS6, BDCA-3, BDCA3, CD141, THPH12, THRM, TM
Other: thrombomodulin|CD141 antigen|fetomodulin

The protein encoded by this intronless gene is an endothelial-specific type I membrane receptor that binds thrombin. This binding results in the activation of protein C, which degrades clotting factors Va and VIIIa and reduces the amount of thrombin generated. Mutations in this gene are a cause of thromboembolic disease, also known as inherited thrombophilia. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

PerCP-Vio700

Common Laser: 488
Common Filter: 670/30
Excitation Peak: 482
Emission Peak: 704

PerCP-Vio® 770 is a far-red-emitting tandem fluorophore that combines PerCP and a Vio®770 dye. The donor, PerCP, can be excited by the 488 nm blue laser and transfers energy to the acceptor, Vio®770, which emits light that can be captured with a 780/60 nm bandpass filter. APC-Vio®770 has an excitation peak at 482 nm and an emission peak at 704 nm, and is spectrally similar to PerCP-Cy5.5 and Pe... see more
