CD109

Aliases: CPAMD7, p180, r150
Other: CD109 antigen|150 kDa TGF-beta-1-binding protein|C3 and PZP-like alpha-2-macroglobulin domain-containing protein 7|Gov platelet alloantigens|activated T-cell marker CD109|platelet-specific Gov antigen

This gene encodes a glycosyl phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked glycoprotein that localizes to the surface of platelets, activated T-cells, and endothelial cells. The protein binds to and negatively regulates signalling by transforming growth factor beta (TGF-beta). Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Brilliant Violet 650

Common Laser: 405
Common Filter: 660/20
Excitation Peak: 405
Emission Peak: 645

Brilliant™ Violet 650 (BV650) is a red-emitting tandem fluorophore that can be excited by the 405 nm Violet laser and collected using a 660/20 bandpass filter. BV650 has an excitation peak at 405 nm and an emission peak at 645 nm. Due to its unique Stokes shift, not many dyes have identical excitation and emission spectrums, but the nearest alternatives include SuperBright 645, Qdot® 655 and eF... see more
