Spark PLUS UV395™ is the first in this new family of Spark Dyes formulated to advance applications in multicolor flow cytometry. Spark PLUS Dyes employ proprietary technology to maximize signal and boost performance while maintaining the advantages of Spark Dyes, such as high stability and buffer compatibility. Spark PLUS UV395™ is designed to be excited by the UV laser, emitting a spectrum that most closely matches BD Horizon™ BUV395. This dye is useful for both conventional and spectral flow cytometry, and its intense brightness makes it a versatile option for detecting antigens at a variety of expression levels.
