Cardiac Troponin T

Aliases: CMD1D, CMH2, CMPD2, LVNC6, RCM3, TnTC, cTnT
Other: troponin T, cardiac muscle|cardiomyopathy, dilated 1D (autosomal dominant)|cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic 2|troponin T type 2 (cardiac)|truncated cardiac troponin T

The protein encoded by this gene is the tropomyosin-binding subunit of the troponin complex, which is located on the thin filament of striated muscles and regulates muscle contraction in response to alterations in intracellular calcium ion concentration. Mutations in this gene have been associated with familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy as well as with dilated cardiomyopathy. Transcripts for ... see more

DyLight 650

Common Laser: 628-640
Common Filter: 695/40
Excitation Peak: 652
Emission Peak: 672

DyLight™ 650 is a red-emitting fluorophore that excited by the 640 nm laser and collected using a 670/30 nm bandpass filter. DyLight™ 650 has an excitation peak at 652 nm and an emission peak at 672 nm, and is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 647 and Cy5. DyLight™ 650 is most commonly used in flow cytometery and fluorescence microscopy applications.
