Aliases: BTBD12, FANCP, MUS312
Other: structure-specific endonuclease subunit SLX4|BTB/POZ domain-containing protein 12

This gene encodes a protein that functions as an assembly component of multiple structure-specific endonucleases. These endonuclease complexes are required for repair of specific types of DNA lesions and critical for cellular responses to replication fork failure. Mutations in this gene were found in patients with Fanconi anemia. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2016]

DyLight 650

Common Laser: 628-640
Common Filter: 695/40
Excitation Peak: 652
Emission Peak: 672

DyLight™ 650 is a red-emitting fluorophore that excited by the 640 nm laser and collected using a 670/30 nm bandpass filter. DyLight™ 650 has an excitation peak at 652 nm and an emission peak at 672 nm, and is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor™ 647 and Cy5. DyLight™ 650 is most commonly used in flow cytometery and fluorescence microscopy applications.
